No-Swin Warnings for Twelve Beaches in Florida

According to health officials, swimmers are being notified to stay out of the water at 12 Miami-Dade beaches. Bacteria levels that where found, surpass state measures at the
beaches and a no-swim warning was published.

Examinations were executed on the ocean water the first part of this week, and county
officials are waiting to review more exams Thursday to determine whether the advisories
should stay in effect.

Swimmers who disregard the advisories may be at a greater danger of ear and eye
infections and gastrointestinal sickness.
